The Website may contain third-party tools that use cookies. Information about the providers of these tools can be found in the Consent Preferences. In this connection, personal data we obtain through cookies may also be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. These countries may have different legislation and standards concerning the protection of personal data. However, we carry out any such transfers only to third countries providing an adequate level of protection, or on the basis of the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission and available at https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2021/914, which the recipient in the third country undertakes to comply with, or on the basis of other appropriate safeguards under Article 46 of the GDPR and with the adoption of additional measures where necessary.
What are your rights regarding the processing of personal data?
As a data subject, you have the rights set out below, which arise from legislation and which you may exercise at any time.
Right of access to personal data: if you wish to know whether we process your personal data, you have the right to obtain information as to whether your personal data are being processed and, if so, you also have the right to obtain access to them.
Right to rectification of inaccurate and untrue personal data: if you believe that we process inaccurate or untrue personal data about you, you have the right to request their rectification. We will carry out the rectification without undue delay, subject to technical feasibility.
Right to erasure: if you ask us to erase your personal data, we will do so where (i) they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) we are not under a legal obligation to carry out the processing.
Right to restriction of processing: if you do not wish to have your personal data erased but only to have their processing temporarily restricted, you may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right to data portability: if you wish us to transfer personal data that we process on the basis of your consent or on the basis of a contract to a third party, you may exercise your right to data portability. If exercising this right could adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties, we will not be able to comply with your request.
Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out for the purposes of protecting our legitimate interests. Unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, we will end the processing without undue delay on the basis of your objection. If the main substance of your objection concerns the sending of commercial communications and advertising targeting, please use the link at the end of the last commercial communication (newsletter) you received from us to unsubscribe from commercial communications and from the processing of personal data for that purpose.
Right to withdraw consent: where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
In the case of repeated or manifestly unfounded requests to exercise the rights set out above, we will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for handling the request, or to refuse to act on it. We would inform you of any such approach.
You may also contact the competent supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz), where you may lodge a complaint.
To exercise your rights, please contact us by letter at the address of our registered office or by e-mail at ochranaou@tilaris.com. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the person exercising these rights in an appropriate manner.
